CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time. When proper notice is given, any deposit or prepayment will be kept as a service credit or refunded if applicable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of the deposit or session credit. Please understand that appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations prevent other clients from booking that time. Thank you for respecting our time and small business.
